We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious mountain retreat. The location here is simply breathtaking, nestled in the serene nature outside of the city. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, making it incredibly convenient to access. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und ist von hier aus bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Es liegt auch direkt neben dem Bahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und sauber und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Kölner Dom. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und die Bar auf dem Dach ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The buffet dinner and breakfast were delightful, with a great selection of fresh food cooked right in front of me. The hot spring baths were a highlight, with several to choose from and all at a perfect relaxing temperature. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent shuttle bus service and helping me adjust my travel plans with ease.
